Too Hot In The Tanning Bed

I find I get too hot in the tanning bed and can't wait to get out. Now I make sure I am good and cold before I go and tan. I spray myself with cold water from the fridge, from a spray bottle. I try to stay as cold as possible before I tan, to handle the heat. This way I can handle more minutes.
