Tanning while pregnant

I am in my first trimesters, I have been going to the tanning bed before I knew I was with child. I am very nervous about contenting to go because of my repeated miscarriage's in the past. I hope tanning is OK, I love the heat and the relaxing 15 minutes three times a week. I will stop going until after my first 12 weeks is completed but will sadly miss the tanning bed until then.
