Tanning Time For Fair Skin

I used a tanning bed last summer a few times to just get a tan before I went to the beach. I burn easily if I go to the beach or in the summer without a tan. My mom says tanning beds cause cancer and that I cannot use them. Is there a healthy time and amount I can use a tanning bed? Click here to read or post comments.
