RE: Comment for Tanning Smart

When I first used the tingle factor I did the same thing. One thing you have to make sure you already have a good tan, beyond just a base tan. And you may feel that way at first, it took about three times before I got to where I could use the tingle factor without feeling like I was having a heat stroke, and it could turn out you will never be able to use it. There are so many different types of lotions that does just as good. Also, you could use a low factor like a number 2 and work your way up. But it is not a big deal to me not using the tngle facotrs, you need to find what works best for you.

i was wondering,, i read about the tingle lotion and the reason i am writing this is because i use it for the first time today and when i got out i was very light headed, sweaty, dizzy and my throut felt like it was sweeling...and my hearing wasnt very good for a while... maybe 10 min later my hearing came back but i was still dizzy and sick... do you think that could been a small heat stroke or is that was the lotion do's at first??? i use a 70 hot tingle lotion.
