If you do not have an emergency switch that may have accidently been turned off, usually it is along the back side where you can reach it while laying in the bed, then I would call the manufacturer and see what they say it could be or a qualified technician.

Hope things work out for you.

ESB GRANDE 1600 WON'T TURN ON. LCD REMAINS BLANK. IS NOT A POWER OR BREAKER ISSUE. BED IS LESS THAN 4 YEARS OLD WITH MILD RESIDENTIAL USE.

I think you need to have it checked. Either it is not properly grounded, you have a short or it could be something with the bed that needs a tech to fix it. Don't try any major repairs on your own, that can be dangerous if you do something you shouldn't and try to use the bed. Also, mine has an emergency switch hidden on the back that you can turn the other way while in the bed, check if yours has one and that it is turned on. If you cannot figure out something simple refer to someone who knows how to repair it.

Good luck to you.

You need a tech to come see what is wrong with the bed. That sounds dangerous to me.
I have a local tech I call when I have a problem. Depending on what kind you have, you can call the company and ask if there is a local technician.
I keep the name and number of mine handy. He even moved my tanning bed for me when I bought another house. I did not trust regular movers.
