Who is to say that this guy is a doctor? This guy is in an apartment, not a doctor's office. Anyone can dress up and pretend to be a doctor. tanning has its risks and although vitamin d is produced, cancer has still been linked to tanning beds and the tanning bed user should know and understand the risks involved.
