You should have fixed them. And I guess before buying such Tanning Beds , you must first check the details on to it to be assured of its warranty.

How well do you know your bed? Get to know it if you don't. Find out what parts your bed has, check and see if yours has starters. That is what it sounds like to me.
Check with a local salon for a second opinion or someone who repairs them. If it is anything more than replacing the starters or bulbs do not do that yourself. You can cause damage to the bed and injury to yourself if you do not know what you are doing.
Best of luck, and check the starters, see if your bed has them or what holds your bulbs, that is what it sounds like to me because some of them hold two to four bulbs in. Every other time that you put new bulbs in, you should change your starters as well to avoid this in the future.

You need a technician. I have a local guy I call to work on mine. Call the company where you bought the bed and ask them if they have someone near where you live to come to your house.
