Scary Tan: Tips On Halloween Tanning

Halloween is right around the corner, and you don't want to be 'caught dead' without a good costume. AND you want to halloween tanning tips look good in that costume to...don't you?

Before you get in your costume you want to look the best you can, right? Here are some tips and ideas to consider...
