I get so frustrated when things break. If you can't get a hold of the company or the salesperson who sold it to you, try going to another tanning bed company website. They typically have a FAQ section that might address the problems you are having.

You should have record on the details about the Tanning Beds you purchaesed, such as the warranty, so in cases like this, you could come to the company and ask why such thing happened.

Does your bed have starters? Sounds like something that starters would be causing because everything else seems to be working. Also, have you changed your lamps sense you have had the bed? Lamps4Less.com you can get good prices on them and the starters. If it does not have starters talk to someone who works on tanning beds. Do not try to fix anything major on your own, unless you know what you are doing. It can be dangerous. But it sounds like starters and lamps need replacing. It is costly to replace all this but they will last you at least another five years, and considering that it is not real expensive. For the second cheapest lamps it cost me around $300 for 24 lamps, and depending on what starters your bed has depends on how much those will cost. Good luck.

Call the company you bought it from and ask if there is a local person in your town that works on your bed. I have a local tech person that works on mine. I have had new ballisters (sp) put in one bed before. The bed I have now has had no maintenance problems.
