The manufacturer can help assist you, or as someone else posted having someone local work on it for you, but you can order the part from places online like lamps4less.com, that is who I bought my bulbs from and they can assist you as to what part you need for your type bed.

Whatever the brand name of this bed, you call the company and they hook you up with a service person in your area.
I have had my bed worked on at my home by a local person. They can get all the parts you need.
