Yes, please use your OUTDOOR lotions OUTSIDE, not in our indoor tanning beds. It damages the acrylics that you lay on and they are costly to replace. Either use a stand up bed, or a good indoor tanning lotion at less minutes in the lay down beds.
I also agree with you about that lotion though. I use it too when I'm at the beach or at my pool.

For outdoor tanning that is great...but for indoor tanning, sunblocks are not made for indoor tanning beds and it messes up the acrylics on the beds that may not be able to be removed. Parts for tanning beds are costly. The film that these lotions cause on the acrylics make it difficult is not impossible after a while, to tan in that bed.
Here is another suggestion...go to a tanning salon that has a stand up tanning booth, you do not touch the sides in a stand up and still get a tan.
I have a tanning bed, our daughters and I are mostly the only ones who use it, but I know what lotions are used in my bed, it is only for indoor tanning or not at all!!

That is the best way for fair skinned people to tan, but..............
Anything not made for indoor tanning will ruin a tanning bed. I have seen what those products do to the acrylic. It looks like someone has scratched the bed with comet cleanser!!!!!!
I have had to ban people from tanning for using Hawaiian Tropic outdoor tanning products. I could smell the distinctive scent of coconut thru the door when they were tanning.
Please do not ruin someones tanning bed.
