I guess I am lazy...LOL
I get my Tannning Bed Technician to come put my bulbs in. He even wipes the bed down inside so the new bulbs will work even better. He charges me for this, but it is also gives him a chance to give the bed a once over to make sure everything is o.k., sorta like when you have your annual check up for your central heat and air.

Changing bulbs by: Anonymous
Depending on what bed you have?If there are no screws to be removed,i had a bed in the past that did not have any,you just have to remove the slim peices of plastic strips that are holding the acrylic in place,by just slowly working them loose.(in other words they should just pop on and off)Hope this helps!!!

RE: How the heck do I open the bed to change the bulbs? by: Anonymous
There are screws that hold the acrylic in, you need to take those out. Do research on your bed to see what else, if anything, needs to be changed as well. Some beds have starters, etc, that may or may not need to be changed.
After you have removed the acrylic then carefully remove the bulbs, clean as needed, replace your bulbs and put acrylics in with the screws the way they were before you started.
When I replaced mine I contacted Tanningbulbs4less.com or bulbs4less.com (something ike that), I hit it really lucky, the guy that I got used to work on the manufacture line that made my exact bed so I got really good help there, he knew exactly what bulbs I needed.
